Imagine a community where you want for nothing, life is easy and work is plenty. Well, one such place did exist in a remote Russian outpost - but not any more. It's not even a place within Russia's borders. It's actually on a Norwegian archipelago called Spitzbergen. It once embodied the Soviet dream - a system where everyone's needs were provided for.
