The Si Du River Bridge (Siduhe Bridge, 四渡河特大桥) in China is the highest bridge in the world. The distance from the bridge to the bottom of the steep gorge is 472 m (1,549 ft).
Please note that the Royal Gorge Bridge in America is 955 feet (291 m) high,
and the Millau Viaduct is 890 ft (271 m) in height.
